小米集團（「本公司」）董事（「董事」）會（「董事會」）欣然公佈本公司及其附屬公司（統稱「本集團」）截至2020年12月31日止年度（「報告期」）的經審核綜合業績。該報告期合併財務報表已由本公司獨立核數師羅兵咸永道會計師事務所（「核數師」）根據國際審計準則進行審核，並由本公司審核委員會（「審核委員會」）審閱。本公告內的「我們」指本公司（定義見上文），倘文義另有所指，指本集團（定義見上文）。

2021年第三季度，小米集团總收入達到人民幣781億元，同比增長8.2%;經調整淨利潤達到人民幣52億元，同比增長25.4%。

小米集团总体毛利率由去年同期的12.9%增长至15.3%。经调整后净利润为人民币35亿元，同比增长20.3%。前三季度净利润总计92亿元人民币，已经超过小米集团2018年全年经调整净利润86亿元。小米集团抗风险能力稳步提升，现金总储备达到人民币566亿元。同时，小米正在全力推进5G手机研发，研发投入不断加大，2019年第三季度研发开支人民币20亿元，同比提升32.5%。

整體財務表現，我們於2018年第二季度取得收入人民幣452億元，同比增長68.3%。

IoT與生活消費產品分部的收入於2018年第二季度同比增長104.3%至人民幣104億元。

機銷量下滑，主要由於(1)我們於2016年投資建立高效的線下零售渠道，以便更好地把握線下機遇和補充我們目前堅寶的電子商務基礎;及(1i)我們自2010年開始營運以來收入從零快速增至2015年的人民幣668億元。

2018年第三季度，IoT與生活消費產品分部的收入為人民幣108億元，較去年同期增長89.8%，智能電視銷售快速增長的貢獻最為顯著。

互聯網服務分部收入於報告期同比增長61.2%至人民幣160億元。
