Chapter 3 was written by Natalie Chun. Chapter 4 was written by Clemens Breisinger， Askar Mukashov， Mariam Raouf， and Manfred Wiebelt. Chapter 5 was written by Gabriel Lara lbarra， Nistha Sinha， Jon Jellema， and Rana Fayez. The World Bank greatly appreciates the collaboration with the Government of Egypt （the Ministry of International Cooperation and the Central Administration for Public Mobilization and Statistics） in the preparation of the poverty and equity assessment report. The report was produced as part of the programmatic poverty assessment work of the World Bank's Poverty and Equity Global Practice.
