Building energy consumption benchmark is important for determining and analyzingthe energy efficiency.Compared with the developed countries in Europe and America,the work foundation of building energy consumption benchmark is bad in China, suchas,no comprehensive data acquisition system, shortage of building energyconsumption and basic fundamental data.For the purpose of acquisition of buildingenergy consumption data, the domestic government, scientific research institutes havemade some achievements in recent years. Some of the large real estate developers andproperty management companies gradually realize the importance of building basicdata, and begin to collect data for s several years.
